| WsaEnvelopeCreatorImpl | This is a utility which creates SOAP enevelopes initialized to the specified WSA headers. |
| WsaEprCreatorImpl | This is a utility class which facilitates the creation of Endpoint References. |
| WsaEprRulesImpl | This is a utility class which enforces rules related to the creation of SOAP messages that are targetted to specific Endpoints. |
